4 Months Today!
Time escapes me and disappears so fast. You are swiftly changing and while it's so rewarding to see your achievements, I cry as childhood fleets.
This past month you've reached so many milestones it amazes me and brings such joy to my heart. Everyday I'm so grateful for you. For you and your life. For every little breath that you inhale. For every little sound that slips from your lips. Your grunts and sneezes. Every time I touch your soft skin to mine. Every time I gaze upon your soft features, your plump cheeks, your lovely eyes, long eyelashes, your button nose, your little chin, your round tummy, your little hands and tiny toes. You are a perfect masterpiece! Your father and I recognize how fortunate we are that you are in our family and we hold you so dear!
This Past Month
March 22nd you uttered your first Ah-goo. It was beautiful!
April 9th you started to cry ma'ma'ma when your were mad and unhappy. Imagine my excitement!
April 9th you showed excitement for the first time when you saw me enter the room. My heart just melted as your eyes fell upon me and your started to smile, coo, kick your legs and shake your little arms all at the same time! Such a precious moment for me.
It was April 10th when motion made you laugh for the first time. I was twirling around with you and was tickled as I found that you were tickled too.
By April 11th you had mastered turning from your belly to your back.
And yesterday, for the first time, you sat up by yourself for a few seconds.
You are 12 pounds 5oz and 24in.
You are 12 pounds 5oz and 24in.
You are an amazing boy!
You sitting on your own!
The story of Ian and Colton.
Ian and Colton have an undying love for you and sometimes it's too much.
As I was trying to take your 4 month old photos, Ian and Colton (as always), wanted to be part of the photo fun and smothered you with affection while at it. Usually you put up with them pretty well, but today you were not having it. As soon as either of them got close, you started talking loudly in your unhappy voice until they were no longer by you. Once they left you were happy. It probably didn't help that moments earlier Colton and Ian were banished from the room for driving their little trucks on your head. Even at this early age you have learned to hold your own.
We love you, Bradley dear!

Brad with Dad's baby blanky
This blanky kept Dada nice and warm when he was a little one. Dada was tickled to see you on it and as one can see, it suits you beautifully.
